Budget 2012. For the sake of a budget (India)

Sachin Tendulkar hit his hundredth international century on March 16 2012. Something else also happened on the same day, which should have been the highlight of the day, too bad Indian budget 2012 failed to even get her peoples notice. Shame on you Pranab Mukherjee, the only thing that seemed to be good with the dunk in corruption UPA-2 was that they took good policies irrespective of the opposition.

Is a monarchy with a breeze of harmony better than a democracy soaked in blood? this is a question that can have different answers from continent to continent ,civilizations to civilizations ,why say more it is a question that can make a clash within a human soul.

Many nations have screamed "NO" to the above question ,and they have paid its price ,but the reward is freedom and that's what heaven means to these people.
Oscar Wilde once told the world that "When liberty comes with her hands soaked in blood ,it is hard to shake hands with her" and this have inspired many human souls particularly the Chinese to be a parrot in a golden cage than taste freedom , which means nothing other than self sufficiency to them.
